1.1. This Public Offer is established by Toza-GROUP LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and sets forth the terms of use of services provided through the tozauz.uz website and the "TozaUz" mobile application.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer by the user is accomplished through: downloading the mobile application, registration, use of the platform, or submission of waste.

1.3. A person who accepts the offer is deemed to have given full and unconditional consent to the terms of this document.

3. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

3.1. Platform – tozauz.uz website and "TozaUz" mobile application.

3.2. User – an individual registered on the Platform.

3.3. Agent – a person participating in the collection and submission of waste through the Platform.

3.4. Reverse Vending Machine (Fandamat) – an automated device for accepting secondary raw materials.

3.5. Balance – funds in the User's account on the Platform.

4. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER

4.1. Toza-GROUP LLC is an innovative environmental platform that digitizes waste collection, recycling, and disposal processes.

4.2. The Platform manages the entire process from waste generation to disposal through QR codes and digital technologies.

4.3. Users and Agents have the opportunity to earn money on the Platform by submitting waste.

5. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The User is obligated to:

• submit only permitted secondary raw materials;
• not submit incorrect, harmful, or counterfeit materials;
• not use the Platform for fraudulent purposes;
• not create multiple accounts for one person.

5.2. The User has the following rights:

• use the Platform;
• view balance;
• withdraw funds in accordance with established procedures.

6. SETTLEMENTS AND FUND WITHDRAWAL

6.1. Settlement and fund transfer:

6.2. Funds are considered real money.

6.3. Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 (ten thousand) soums.

6.4. Fund withdrawal is carried out through methods specified on the Platform.

6.5. Incorrectly calculated funds due to technical errors may be reviewed by the Company.

7. COMPANY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

7.1. The Company has the following rights:

• modify Platform functionality;
• block users who violate the rules;
• freeze or cancel balances in cases of fraud.

7.2. The Company strives to ensure the continuous operation of the Platform, but does not assume full responsibility for technical interruptions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. The Platform is provided "as is".

8.2. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by:

• internet outages,
• third-party services,
• technical malfunctions.

9. DATA PROCESSING

9.1. By registering, the User consents to the processing of their personal data.

9.2. Personal data is protected in accordance with applicable legislation.

10. AMENDMENT OF THE OFFER

10.1. The Company has the right to unilaterally amend this offer.

10.2. The new version comes into effect from the date of publication on the website.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

11.1. This offer is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11.2. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
